Hi,
After threading the upper lip everytime i'm getting a white patch wherever i did that. It is lighter than my skin color.
I have consulted doctor online and he asked me to use placentrex cream twice daily.
Could you please suggest what to do next and how it would get to the normal skin color.
I also have the iron deficiency will this be the cause of this.
Regards,
Nithisha

Don't worry...you are suffering from post inflammatory hypopigmentation causing white patch... specific Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
Hello dear,
There are many causes of hypopigmentation or Leucoderma and if your dermatologist has prescribed you placentrex then he/she might be suspecting vitiligo
Another reason for your white spots could be healing folliculitis post threading/folliculitis
Even Iron deficiency can also lewd to hypopigmented patches so it can be anything
I would suggest you to share your pictures and other details are also required for proper diagnosis and treatment
Next Steps

Health Tips
- Avoid threading and go for laser hair reduction
- Take Iron rich diet and supplements
- Use a good moisturizer/soothing g agent which is non comedogenic post threading so ii decreases chances of folliculitis
