Please suggest some body wash or soap to be used on daily basis. Feeling skin dryness after taking bath using regular commercial products.

I bought omega 3 1000mg, after taking it I got skin rashes and I stopped using it. I consult online doctor in practo and they said use Levocet 1 tab morning, Hydroxyzine 25mg 1 tab night, Diprovate plus cream for 7 days. 3 days elapsed, where I applied cream rashes slowed down but rashes occuring at new places, now I'm applying cream new places too, is it okay or should I need to worry ?
