I am having excess hair fall. I can have few hair in hand even after touching hair. Have no medical condition except gastro. Take BP medicine SOS. Not regular prescribed by doctors.

Please suggest some hair conditioner. I am just shampooing my hair and not applying anything later. Is it better to apply hair conditioner?

Hi, My skin from my wrist to finger on the front side of my hand gets very dry. I get dryness once I wash my vessels in kitchen. I causes me itching and kind of small cuts near the very dry portions. I've been suffering from horrible acne all of my body for years which comes back in no time. Tried isotretinoin for quite some time at 20-40mg dose but remission could not be achieved although there was significant reduction. They form mostly on abdomen, back and buttocks starting with very hard painful nodules requiring pus extraction as they mature otherwise they won't heal. The scars leaving behind has caused a lot of psychological distress and have ruined my skin. If u can suggest something it'd be very helpful. Thanks in advance :)
