Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have small lesion like thing in hands, Underarms and in breast in tongue 2-3 white spots , Callus like in both my toes and its itching . I consulted dr nearby they told it's lichen planus and it takes months to cure. Is this serious issue . I have one year old baby I m feeding her, Will it be contagious to her shall I continue feeding her. Please help me I m very much stressed and fear because of this.

Hi Team, One of toe nail got broked and then it got deshaped,later in other nails also my old nails was getting regenerated removing older nails automatically with no pain.Doctor said it us infection and has given me zinc tablet.however after that i used new slipper,my skin in some areas is getting peeled,not sure it is allergy to slippy or some skin issue.please help and refer pic.
