Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mom is having these Red patches on hands and they are growing in size. She is not having any itching or sensation.

I feel sudden itching on my body, usually on feets and at that moment it get red and inflammable at the spot of itch. Major activator - something related to stomach, whenever i feel bit acidic or the stomach is empty itch starts. Other activators - smoking and drinking but not every time

I am already having atoz gold multivitamin .becz I am suffering from acid reflux and ibs and after this disease I am having malnutrition in body and weakness. And my nails problem is from my birth 8 year wen I was 22 I consult dermatologist he prescribed me btn ultra it gave me good result. Nails regrowth after taking btn ultra .but I stopped. Can I take this now .becz my hair greying alot may be due to nutrition deficiency. I test  for   thyroid sugar vitamin B12 and d3 .cbc and left and kft all came normal. Plz help me mein Kya karu... ...

It's been a week that small Red circular patches with dry white skin have started to appear on her hands and legs . It's slightly itchy at start only. Pls recommend some medicine for it.

I'm a 20 year old guy facing hairfall problem since last 2 years. Density on the top and back of my head is gradually reducing to the point where much of my scalp is visible.
