Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I feel as if my hairline is receeding is it possible to increase it and also can I increase the thickness cause I feel scalp is visible. I have greying of hair as well. I'm 21

Hi Doctors, My lower lip is swollen (first  image attached FYR) Swelling is bit hard,skin peeled in round shape near that swelling.( Swelling image is attached in the second image) No pain, bleeding etc. Can you further suggest as I'm not able to go to hospital as the area is sealed down due to corona cases. I've been infected with hsv type 2 in aug 2017 reoccurrence of the blisters comes in gap of two to three or five months till now suffering with it .. could this be related to hsv or some kind of vitamin deficiency...
