Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dark spots on my left side of the face and is continuing increasing from neck to my forehead and half side of face is covered

May I know any significant difference between water based minoxidil and alcohol based topical minoxidil?? Because when I was using water based one I didn't get any side effects but when I switched to use alcohol based it is causing lot of side effects

I have red spots on legs surrounded by whitish area Sometimes they are very visible sometimes less.and they are even on hands but on hands it's less

I had redness o er my neck after I wake up from sleep. I have consulted a dermatologist and he said it's because of insect crawl. It took one week for injury and pain to go away. Now it's healing but I can feel a small lump or king of swelling inside. Is this because of insect bite? And I don't have any pain, I can feel it when I touch or press there.
