Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From 6 months there is excessive Hairfall and hair growth is very slow and hair color is changing to red from black

I am facing issues of pimples on my face from last 3 years. It has become really bad now with so many acne scars on my face. I get all kind of pimples, whit heads, reddish hump kind, white top and full of puss. I have tried dermatologist before where anti biotics like Azithromycin 500 and  isotroin was suggested but did not see much difference as pimples kept coming back. I then tried homeopathy for 8 months and it still did not help. Looking forward for any suggestion on going forward and how can i cure my acne amd pimples. I am a Male 33 years of age. Eating habits are good with less oily andspicy foods, no packaged foods. Drink water 3 litres atleast. Eat salad fruits. I workout regularly. I am clueless as to how to cure my acne. I have been on medicine more than one month because of these skin rahses or urticaria and these kind of rashes come and go on my body. But permanently I am not having relief from these from past one month. I am having no previous disease history . As per doctors I consulted  this allergy is because of some food infection. Can someone tell me what could be the other cause for this ? As these rashes some time cause pain in fingers joint . Thanks in advance

I got my nose pierced about 2 months ago. It remains fine until I apply water on my face. The moment I wash my face, there is puss accumulation. Please advise what can be done to treat this since i can't keep avoiding washing my face. Thank you!!

Hi Doctor, I'm having skin rashes ,also asthmatic patient and sometime develops patches on skin which becomes little hard overtime. Image attached for reference. Kindly suggest I'm having food allergy. Applying Momate cream on affected area, but no such improvement other than ictching  is reduced . This is not new but it's there since 4-5 months. No pain.
