Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got my nose pierced about 2 months ago. It remains fine until I apply water on my face. The moment I wash my face, there is puss accumulation. Please advise what can be done to treat this since i can't keep avoiding washing my face. Thank you!!

Hi Doctor, I'm having skin rashes ,also asthmatic patient and sometime develops patches on skin which becomes little hard overtime. Image attached for reference. Kindly suggest I'm having food allergy. Applying Momate cream on affected area, but no such improvement other than ictching  is reduced . This is not new but it's there since 4-5 months. No pain.

Please suggest medicines or good mousterizer my skin is oily I'm facing this problem more since lockdown i had pimples before but now it is getting worse

Hi Sir/Mam From last few days I can see small pimples kind of in between the gap of my hand fingers and it's itching and kind of spreading to others finger gaps.. kind of water inside these small pimple .. please advise some medicine or lotion to get rid of it.

Hi Team, Any better options are available in society to control or reduce the hair loss situation. It's been four years and I have been using different gel and medicines which were barely helping me to keep the hair fall under control but now that option is also not helping me out. Hi.. My skin is not clear.. I always gets pimples on my face and back.. As suggested by dermatologist I used acne lack face wash Deriva CMS gel.. But I didnt found any difference... I have oily combination skin.. From last one year I am getting irregular periods. I drink 2 to 3 lts of water per day. If I use face scrub immediately after next day I get more pimples. My skin is very sensitive. Please give the solution and suggest a suncrean, Moisturiser and serum for my skin
