Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear sir I'm suffering from one skin disease name is tinia cruris and also have ring warm and all last 1 year I have tried to may doctors but problam is not resolved yet please give any solution.

When my body temperature increases - when doing exercises or fast running or go in sun light... Body inching start... And body temperature reduce ... Inching stop

My toe of right leg developed rough patches which sometimes itches. After itching it develops one or two boils as well. The area is very rough and softens after applying borolene but again gets dry after sometime. Only borolene works fine and not any mosturizer..

Dear Sir/ Ma'm My Grandfather left leg burning in warm water of solar systems in 14 months ago. He is paining of left leg which skin is burning last 14 days. No medicine taken but suddenly thay paining his leg too much.. Kindly assist in this matter. Pls find attachment of burning skin

From 6 months there is excessive Hairfall and hair growth is very slow and hair color is changing to red from black

I am facing issues of pimples on my face from last 3 years. It has become really bad now with so many acne scars on my face. I get all kind of pimples, whit heads, reddish hump kind, white top and full of puss. I have tried dermatologist before where anti biotics like Azithromycin 500 and  isotroin was suggested but did not see much difference as pimples kept coming back. I then tried homeopathy for 8 months and it still did not help. Looking forward for any suggestion on going forward and how can i cure my acne amd pimples. I am a Male 33 years of age. Eating habits are good with less oily andspicy foods, no packaged foods. Drink water 3 litres atleast. Eat salad fruits. I workout regularly. I am clueless as to how to cure my acne. I have been on medicine more than one month because of these skin rahses or urticaria and these kind of rashes come and go on my body. But permanently I am not having relief from these from past one month. I am having no previous disease history . As per doctors I consulted  this allergy is because of some food infection. Can someone tell me what could be the other cause for this ? As these rashes some time cause pain in fingers joint . Thanks in advance
