Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Whenever I take shower or I wash my leg and hand including thigh areas,my skin starts itching a lot,but after few minutes it again becomes normal and I dnt feel anything ,this is happening fr a long time probably last 8-9 years .in rainy season it increases two folds and sometimes it dsnt even happen so. can I get a permanent solution fr this?how can I treat this?sometimes it becomes too much for me my face has no itching problems infact I dnt have pimples either

I got married in feb,from up now I came to banglore. I am facing major hairfall from April. My b12 -140 and vit.D -7was low .so I took tablets for that for 3-4 months. Adgain plus, cutimin d3 now follihair. Shampoo- keraglo ad and sestry. And serum - creastim. My hair was long,so I chopped some length recently. But still no results. My hairs are weak now. They are every where on floor. I am tired of consulting doctors. Waste of money and patience because no result.i dont use any oil from April because I had some dandruff and acne on scalp. Can you suggest what should I do?

Sir, I noticed this about 2 years ago and that time it was very small (about 5 mm). I smeared it and it started enlarging since then. Though it was not apparent enough. About one month back I applied dermikem on it for a week and it starts looking more bumpy and red. It doesn't itch atall and it feels like dead skin. At edges it is more bumpy and pains a very little if pressed hard. What is it? Is it cancer of some kind?

Seborrheic dermatitis on scalp since 1years nail discoloration since 3 years does not go away and is day to day getting worse and nail falling out easily 😞both fingernails and toenails . Compromise with low immunity that's y it's increasing. I had taken antifungal tablet terbinafine fluconazole for 1 month only those not worked. Now I'm using Cicloprox nail liquor since 1 month by prescription. But not working little a bit . Nails are getting yellow discoloration with somehow pain. No diagnosed to nails to find out this is really fungal infection on nails . Maybe it others? Please doctor please help me 🙏 @sangeeta
