I have acne scars on my face and some skin infection scars on my body. Please help me, how to rid out of it..

Morr f5 which I'm using has yellow colour which. Is R. But the earlier purchased one is colourless which is TM. The yellow coloured solution is creating more hair loss.is both r same? Or the yellow colour is an duplicate one?

I am having Pimples, acne and acne scars on my face from last 10 years but sometimes it less sometimes it more, i tried many home remedies but ended up on short time results, i am still getting pimples, acne. Frequency is one pimple in two days and in periods frequency is more. Please suggest something, i never show this to any dermatologist before.
