Hi, As you can see from the picture, I'm getting the pimple again and again on the same spot(nose tip) caused dark spot and deep skin scar and same happening nearby. Please tell me is this possible to remove dark spot and that deep hole like scar from my nose? My skin is Oily.

I had suffered with severe acne for 3 years now acne got controlled.But because of that acne it left scars on my face.Previously I tried laser treatment when ever the laser treatment was done from next day acne was starting badly and its leaving scars on my face.i tried 3 sessions of laser everytime the same happened.later I stopped laser session now acne was under control once in a while I am getting 1 r 2 but it's fine.can I know is there any possibility of treating these left over scars and marks with some other medications.
