Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor! Seven months ago I had an accident which caused cut like wounds on my forearm. Since they've healed reddish brown scars have appeared on that area. My doubt is, is getting a tattoo over the scar area safe. Will it result in any chronic medical issue. Would having a tattoo over a 7month old scar be safe or should I wait? I would also like to ask if the scars could be faded or made less visible. Thanking you.

I have oily skin, since past year I am getting reddish acne only around the nose and chin frequently while the rest of the skin of the face(cheek and forehead region where it supposed to be more acne) is quite good . What could be the reason, how can I get rid of these?

Too much hair fall , i have so thin hair , too much dandruff i have , and when i wash my hair more them 30 40 hair fall in one time ... need medicine for growth my hair.

Can you prescribe good vitamin c serum and moisturiser for dry skin? As I'm using cetaphil but it's not moisturising my skin that well.

Today i went to barber shop to cut  hair ,my hair is thick ,curly and more density so he plucked some hair in my scalp he did't said about plucking hair to me, will plucked hairs  regrow or not?please reply i am stressed about this..

I am having dark circles since more than an year now. I get enough sleep everyday. I work on computer whole day long and also use my phone a lot. My doctor (Dr Joseph) prescribed me 2 weeks medication and advised to show again after 2 weeks medication. Now after two weeks how am I supposed to give him feedback? If I go to continue chat option it shows that same doctor is not available. Deepak
