I have these kind of marks on hands on legs and on waist also, sometimes iching occur, what is the reason behind this please tell me

Getting puss boils on scalp (past 4 months), and gets itchy. Sometimes itchy area has redness but no sign of any boils.

I am suffering from dermatitis on face from last 15 years. I have consulted various dermatologist , homeopathic consultants but not able to completely cure my disease. Multivitamins help me to some extent but not curing the disease. Please suggest if there is any other therapy or treatment available. Topical ointment makes my problems more worse after using it for some time and shows other side effects.
