Redness on lips

For the past 2 days my lips (the inner part of the lips) are very red and they bleed when I stretch them like during brushing. I have been applying Glycerine from the time it appeared but I am not seeing much change. Initially I thought it was cracked lips due to heat but now I realise it's the inner side of lips. Clinagel Acne Scars

Hi.. I was prescribed Clinagel. For Acne scars very long back and it worked well. It had Clindamycin phosphate 1 percent and allantoin as ingredients..marketed by Stiefel. It's not available now.. Can anyone inform me similar alternate.. Only these two ingredients.
