Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From last 3 months i am suffering from LPP, in the starting stage it was in a form of allergies, due to which my face , neck and both my hands are effected. That the allergies are recovered and left the black spots in my face, neck and hands. Can you please suggest me the best possible way of treatment ?

I don't know the infection name. But am suffering alot. It is going on spreading from one place to other. The spot from where it is spreading leaving a black spot like a mole. And starting with the same black mole on another finger. It's itchy and have light burning sensation. This image contains the spot on my leg.

I am suffering with the problem last 20years ,I went many doctors no cure,but I took medicine at the time I have some relief after same thing is repeated .

Hi I am having intense hair fall and thinning of hair are visible at  the top portion of my head . I consulted the doctor online and he told me to use minoxidil and have 3 session of PRP. But I when I searched for minoxidil I found that it works only when it is applied after that hair starts falling again I need my hair back permanently.

I have started applying a Cetaphil moisturizing cream and lulifin cream on dark skin rash as per doctor advice but after 2 days it is change to red color with slightly water troplet on rash with slight itching. Is this normal

Hello , as you can see the cracks , it recently started after i started washing dishes using detergents and washing my hands too much. I have used many moisturizer on hourly basis , DIDNT WORK. I have used clotrimazole fungul cream , DIDNT WORK . Even used boroline and tacrolimus ointments , DIDNT WORK !! Also used ringguard and btex creams , DIDNT WORKK.
