Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing psoriasis on my head for a year. Taking atrisor, panchatikta guggul and arogyavardhani vati. 1 tablet each every 4 hours. If I take more I get a lot of itching, boils and pimples on the head. If I take less, itching increases and head patch increases and starts to thicken. I am also started getting itching in ears and buttocks. Before above ayurveda medicine but it did not help to cure. Doctors had prescribed shampoo, ointment and tablets. I don't have diabetes. I have asthma. Do you have any better and permanent cure? Please respond only if you have proven experience in curing my kind of problems. Thanks, Sunil

I feel like my skin is burning from inside. In my hand and my forehead and shoulder area, if I touch little with my hand, it feel like burning. ( Like if our hand get burn, then we touch the burn area, that type of burning)

There's a lump behind my right ear slightly lower.Also there are other small dots behind my both ears.

Hello sir/mam, for last one year i was frequently getting mouth sore . But when i get treated now mouth sore is no more appearing for last few months. But still there are white lining appeared across inner cheek near jaw. Though it doesn't pain or anything but it's presence inside mouth is for last 4 months. I am attaching my pic . Kindly suggest. Some local doctor told me that it's type of fungal infection.

Within 1 month I found a something solid on my stomach then  I google it may be itis lipoma but it is not benign it is hard and brownish in color and aslo not painful but and it is hard in touch. Could you help me to know there is really something to worry or to consult doctor and if I should consult then which doctor should I cosult . Or it not issue to worry

Hi, I have this skin peeling,(bumpy, small circular patch over my skin) , cuts rashes on both of my palms n on toes. When I was kid I had such patch on my knees which was healed but from last 3-5 years this patch on hands is increasing, and it seems to spread over limbs or shoulder. I am not sure what exactly should I call it but seems like eczema/dermatitis? I am really concerned n stressed about it ? Does this condition have any treatment? Cure ? I am tired of seeing a dermat and coming back with expensive creams n steroids which work for maybe a month or two n than again this flares up. I need to understand that this could be cured ? What's the treatment
