Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have recurrent fungal infection since 1 year in groin area... infection is reduced and disappear till treatment goes on.

I'm 21 years old and my hair started falling. It's been 8 months. I did tonsure and for some time hair fall has stopped and now its again started falling. Middle of the head hair has became thin. What do I need to do. Do I need to visit dermatologist in person or will it be solved by video consultation.

I am having dandruff since last 8 months. Earlier it used to go after away hair wash and come back after few days but now it's not even going away even after hair wash. I have tried all the home remedies but nothing works permanent. After hair wash my scalp start irritating and and also itchiness is there at night . The dandruff type is like fine powder and white flakes in between. My hair type is very thick and little dry scalp too.

My wife is having itches and ringworm in thighs, inner thighs, stomach area etc. She is using Betamil GM. Its getting cured but not fully. Kindly suggest some medicines and cream.
