Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having acne around my right cheek. It keeps coming back. I have an oily skin and I sweat a lot on my face. I am right now using cetaphil face wash twice a day and benzac ac at night for 1 hour and then washing it off In a week, twice or thrice I use one Oriflame tea tree cream. That's all my routine But the problem is the acne comes back and back. Sometimes it stop for few days and then again. Suggest me something.

Have itching in genital area from last 2 years .become extremely itchy during the night.please suggest some medicine . I was using creams to suppress it but of no use.please advise and suggest  as I m in a very bad situation.

My scalp never stops itching even after applying oil/shampooing. Every morning i see white flakes on my pillow after waking up. And I'm facing several problems on my scalp. I was on Isotretinoin 2018 for 200 days and started using Zinderm BPO completely eradicating my acne. Now i am again facing a lot white heads and acne on my face. Can i again start the isotretinoin and all the other medicines? I have the previous prescription too.
