Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Im not sure how did this mark happen but this is not going off, i used to wear right issue of jeans and sometimes the buckle used to prick a little while sitting pressings on the stomach, i tried to put some creams like topisal 6% thinking salicylic acid might help but it says there, please suggest some creams or some remedy to get rid of this mark it looks like a cat has scratched it. 😭

Whats the best time to take biotin tablets or hair supplement tablets like hairbless tablets?? I heard somewhere that biotin shouldnt be taken in night but one doctor suggested me to take hair supplement tablet after dinner?

Before I consult a doctor, I would get blood check first. I have hair thinning on sides of my head from last 3 years later which started to happen in mid partition of my head.
