Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having a dandruff in my hair but only at one place and it is very itchy and it's in my hair from last 5-7 hairs can you please let me know the solution for this.

I'm using Minoxidil 5% since the past 1 year now. Can I undergo any hair chemical treatments like global hair colour etc. How many days should I skip applying Minoxidil before and after the chemical treatment? Is there any side effect ? Please advise

From last few days I am having some pimples growing all over my body mainly in belly area and inner thighs. These are not causing pains but sometimes feel little itchy. Currently there are around 10-15 such pimples and slowly it is increasing from last one month. Pics attached for reference. What is this and what can be reason for developing these?  What should I do in order to prevent them growing further and get rid of these?

My sister has been experiencing this problem since 2-3 months, previously the cracked skin of these two fingers (as you can see in the picture) got better on its own but now it bleeds and pains too. She has cracked heels also. Please suggest me what should I do to make it better.

I used persol forte cream fir acene. Now acene reduced but acene cured region became more Dark. So now shall i can continue the cream or i have to stop. Please suggest and suggest cream for remove dark spots.

I had my first sudden allergy outbreak in 2015. Post that I have been on antihistamines on a daily. On some days it's really bad, no apparent trigger. I take teczine5mg once every day. Sometimes I have to take 2 when it's a major outbreak. I had a similar outbreak last night and meds are not helping. I applied Cortizone 10 cream but still no relief. No doctor is able to figure out anything. Please help.

Suggest me a good Salicyclic acid based serum/lotion. Or AHA-BHA serum/lotion for my skin (face). please.
