Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been getting this cluster of tiny reddish cluster of whitehead like pimples which have been spreading on my cheeks, chin and forehead. It's itchy and dry and it stings when I wash my face. It gets worse if I wear a cotton face mask while going out. Is this fungal acne? What should I do to get rid of this?

I don't get doxt-s tablet near me which dermatologist suggested me  ...can I use any other tablet alternate to that ? For acne ?

For many days i have been noticing new red micro tears on my arms skin after each day workout. The micro tears look red as if my skin was torn. They look red in colour probably it's blood. Note that it's not a red spot , it's a micro skin tear that looks red probably it's blood. Some of them are larger than the other. The size of each scar is nearly like a grain of rice. I have 4-5 scar spots like on both my arms I don't even feel sick.I don't even take any medicines. I only take multivitamins and 1 scoop of muscleblaze beginners whey protein on a daily basis. I consume atleast 80 grams protein on a daily basis and I weigh 77 kgs .But all of it is from natural food. I'm not sure wheather it's a skin condition or not. Is is dangerous? Should I stop lifting heavy weights? Should I stop taking multivitamins and whey protein? Is is some sort of allergy or skin condition?

I have rash problem in my both side of my nose area. This are very small and they stay in very longer,this not like active acne but when I'm touch my skin in feels. kindly suggest me to remove this .
