Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

3 months back I returned to india. From then onwards I am facing severe acne breakouts on my face. Acnes are full of pus and blood. I am not sure but I guess I am lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant as well. Can you tell if eating wheat can cause acne breakouts? Kindly suggest the treatment so that now new acne comes and for scarring as well. Thanks
