Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had developed rashes,redness,itching,stinging and swelling on my hands because of excessive use of detergent soap.Now I am unable to do my work. Please advise medication for this. Thankyou so much

For so long i had this nodule on my axilla. But it wasnt this "big" nor painful and when pressed, it secretes a sebum-like and its size decreases. Now, it got bigger, less movable, painful, the opening is barely there and when i try to press it, it secretes a pus-like substance.

I have taken medication such as pacroma, as I had  skin irritation and itching... Now it has stopped but the inflammation is not disappearing
