Recently I have observed some black pigment on my forehead After few days,I got to know its because of Melanin produce, My friend suggested me to use "Collagen powder plant based" to repair skin cells to boost skin texture...After getting 20 years,collagen in cells gets decreased,is that true? So many people are using collagen mix up with milk and intake, Please suggest me,is collagen powder safe to intake with milk???There are lots of products in market,please help me to get rid of those problem
