Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Have this wound since 25 days. Cleaning and Dressing with betadine solution and cipladine cream. Is the wound healing? What is the white thing formed around it. Does it require any intervention.

I've very less hair on my crown and my hair line receding too fast. How to know the reason for hairfall? I mean do I need to go through b12 test like that.

Getting numerous backacne and white headed pimples on my back since few weeks .. it's spreading down my arms. The marks remain which are dark and adds pigmentation to my skin making it look scarred. I used to use a lot of hair product and too often . Then suddenly hair fall started and next thing I know my hairs become brittle and weak . My scalp became a place of white ball like particles which are not easy to remove I once shaved my hair and a layer of this particle came out . Many of hair falls contains this white ball like thing attached to it's root or shaft . It's very itchy and I have used a shampoo but it never heals it completely. Hair fall is under control but still this particles are attached on the roots of hairs . Please help

My face skine was became very black,I always keep away from sun and I drink 4 litres per day and don't eat oil food or spicy food but I ate lot of vitamin c fruits ,I heard overdose of vitamin c generates some side effects,is this is the reason to change my face colour became black.Please advice me
