Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My index finger skin is getting dry and rough. 2 month ago while washing utensils something has hurted mee but dont know what. After that my skin has became sensitive even the outer layer of the skin is not healing up. I consulted to one of the physician he said that it might be fungal dermatitis so he advice me to apply steronon gel for 5 days but still there is no so much improvement. Itching and sensitivity which i use to feel its been now less but still the outer layer of the skin is not healing up.

Have PCOS(ultrasound) BUT done all the below tests and all reports are ok 1) Thyroid 2) Testosterone 3) Insulin 4)FBS 5)PPBS Weight is also normal Only problem is hair loss issue What should be my next steps? Because all tests are ok...please help..🙏

Getting cracked heal at the start of every winter season and it is being continued till the end of winter. This problem is from past 2-3 years. Heal skin is very dry. Skin surface becomes hard if not done the oiling daily. Normal crack creams used in past but not been  effective. Please advise the treatment/s.
