Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

The dermatologist I usually visit prescribed me a shampoo named 'Omnigain shampoo' along with a minoxidil lotion and multivitamin tabs. The issue is I'm in my hometown town right now and not able to find the shampoo. Resulting the into lot of dandruff. I'm not able to get in touch with my doctor to get an alternative of that shampoo. Request you to please suggest me an alternative of this shampoo. I'm really tired of the dandruff on my scalp. Attached is the image of the shampoo. Hi doctor, one of a doctor told it should be seborrheic dermatitis. I was advised to apply Momate F and HA moist moisturiser. It went off and comes during winter. I am unable to get momate f in medical stores. Please help me out getting out of this problem

I was previously suffering from jockitch in inner thighs and after it was cured the skin became dark and it is not returning to the normal skin colour.

Severe hairfall and red rashes in arms back and thighs. I think it's spreading all over now. And I'm starting to get acne too in face.

My toe finger nails are turned in to dark green and yellow colour , how to get rid of it or get cured permanently.

My legs have a discolouration with brown patches for a long time now. Getting to know about it reveals it could be because of poor blood circulation and feel it can be true as I was operated on my knee during 2003, and after that the leg is slim compared to other, but my doubt is why it has to be discoloured on bothe legs. It's from ankle area to a few inches above say 4-5inches and no marks in the actual shin areas.. Its also itching at times.. Question: how to diagnose and get rid of the discolouration from my legs.
