Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I already have skin issue ( like sun burn ) were sometimes I get red patch, itching etc... Usually in hands, neck area, forehead. But since last 15 days am having irritation, hives in my hand and from last 3 days it has occur in my legs. Kindly auger what medicine or treatment can be taken for this. Am attaching an image for reference.

I am getting these small pimple like lumps on arms. It disappears after somedays and again comes back in a different place. It usually dries out in a week. But comes back again, it doesn't itch or pain.

I suddenly noticed a painful reddish area on my hand 3 days before in an evening. As shown in attached picture, these 2 bite like marks are exactly on my elbow and there is 2 bites on both sides. And only the reddish area is bit painful. The inside area is not that sensitive, but showing slightly blackish after today morning. Can this be something to be worried about. I have absolutely no idea what bit me or is it something else. Please advise.

How often do we need to wash hair. Some says daily, some says once or twice in a week. What is the optimal way for this and what does the medical research says about this. Thanks

I am having hairfall issues for past 1 year . It is increasing day by day . Some of my friends are suggesring me to use Minopep Serum which is having minoxidil . Can i know is it good to go with it ? As it is used for long terms?

I have been suffering from Hair fall last One year and the situation is worse now. The hair line receding like anything. I can't agree that it's a genetic problem as my Father and grandfather don't have this baldness issue. It's happening with me only.
