Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I am attaching a pic of my husband's left hand. The highlighted area 1. is blackish in colour 2. hardened Please give some suggestions as to how to treat.

I have been suffering from comedonal acne from last 6 years . It is categoriesed in acne vulgaries grade 1. I have  been using retinol cream,nilac gel from last 9 months. Result comes up with nothing. I have also tried benzoyl peroxide and adaplene gel in last years. But no result. Now it became very scary. Acne scars are also big and u shaped. Should i go for isotretinoin???

My brother aged 32 years got diabetic and followed by angioplasty. It's been one year after angioplasty his hair becomes thin and now his scalp looks like less density. He would like to use morr 12.5 solution will there be any side effects on him since he is on medication of diabetes and angioplasty. Please find attached photos for reference.

Doctor has prescribed me Anasure solution for hair fall problem and he told me not to use hair oil. But during this winter season my hair is getting little dry. So is there any lotion/ oil or anything that can solve the problem and can be used parallely with Anasure solution?? If yes, then please tell me the dose/ how to use.

I have lot of pimples on my face, mostly on cheeks and forehead. My face is oily and recently more often i m getting pimples. Due to itching i tend to burst those pimples and watery liquid and white small thing comes out of it. After few days that pimple gets clears but it takes lot of days to get rid of the black spots. Hi, Hair fall started, feeling baldness. Please suggest any clinic or doctor. And medical treatment.

For the past 6 years, I have an large lump on my inner thigh. Since it doesn't create any harm till date. When I press, it is easily moving and also it is not causing any pain. No skin discoloration and I find no other complications. Can anyone tell what is the lump and about treatment requires if any? On searching in Google, it is saying like a cancer tumor and I am afraid a lot. Someone pls guide me!

Is there no way in which I can stop the spread of progressive populate dermatosis on my lower legs? It is increasing at an alarming rate.
