Will the problem ever resolve on its own with time or persist life long? I tried antihistaminic for a month but it's in vain I also have urticaria too All these are chronic problems

I am facing an issue of round circlular rashes which occurs on my hands . I am taking tablet which contains olopatadine hydrochloride salt  after consulting a dermatologist from past 3 months but once I stopped taking those these patches reoccurs.
