Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, i am having severe hairloss for many months. One of the doc prescribed halox lotion and some medicines, i used for one month and hairfall reduced. The doc said to stop halox and continue medication. But the hairfall started drastically. I said the same and the doc amain said to start halox and medicines. I forgot to ask him is it a prolong thing. And i have thyroid issue and is now stable at 5.45. I am scared of having alopecia. How can i know whether i have or not?

मेरे बहुत अधिक मात्रा में बाल झड़ते है । शैंपू करने पर तो हाथ भर जाते है । शैंपू करने के बाद भी अगर बलो में अंगुलिया डालू तो 4-5 बाल तो यूं ही अंगुलियों में फस जाते है है । बात केवल सर की नहीं है मतलब सर के किसी भी हिस्से से बाल आसानी से निकल जाते है मतलब कह सकते है कि बालो कि जड़े कमजोर हो गई है ।

I am 21 years old. Before 2 years i started my internship along with studies during such time avoided timely food and sleep. I even started wearing helmet. After some months of joining internship, my hair starting falling and thinning. Now i lost my hair volume. When i ve shaved my hair, am able to see some pimples over my scalp and i even have hair drandruff and itching. I dont have any family history of thyroid and complete hair baldness. My father lost the hair in temples when he was in his 40tys. Please guide me what is wrong with my hair and is it possible to grow my hair with good volume once again. Doubts : 1) Can i apply lemon to my scalp 2) Can i use dermaroller on the areas where already hair is present

From few days have itching in private parts and especially under right armpit . Back of the neck near to hair also have itching . Front right side of scalp has some itching .

Dear sir May I know why melasma happens.. am having melasma on face like cheeks and nose since 2 years sometimes it becomes dark and sometimes become light .. Some of saying it's related due to less calcium in body is it real pls advice if yes ..
