Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doc, My face is becoming darker and darker than my body. Can you please suggest any cream as my body color and face color is totally mismatch.

I am a fair guy but near my private place, the thigh around it is completely black and sometimes it is itching also, I want to get rid of this black marks, is this possible?

I am having severe hairbreakage . As you can see in the picture , side hair are almost broken . What could be the reason behind it? I have never undergone any hair treatment or colouring , no straightner or dryer

Hair scalp weakens and hair are falling from roots, even when oil applied on hair still hair fall is on extensive level. So many shampoos and oil tried at my end, boy no results received.

I have tried acne products as recommended by my doctor for two weeks now however im still getting new breakouts. And even if i dont pick or touch my acne, it still leaves a scar.
