Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having a spot in right arm near the elbow... i dont know if it was bite by insects or infection... what should i do..??

I've been noticing some tiny pinkish red spots on my hands arms, the amount Is not that high and spots are tiny. They do not itch or pain. I also have dry skin and psoriasis on elbow. Recently I've been suffering from skin allergy for which I'm taking medication. But I'm still very anxious about it. What could this be? Is it normal?

I am getting rashes and my skin is itching, mostly in the lower leg part, arma and sometimes lower back and it happens more during sleep. I am experiencing it since couple of days. It never happened to me before. Please suggest me something on this. Thank you doctors.

I have extremely dry scalp resulting into severe itching and hair fall, dandruff like white flakes. It has even reached to my forehead, especially just after I wash my hair my forehead skin close to scalp becomes white and dry. Same thing happened in last year winters too but it eventually settled in the month of May. But now again it has stared. Please help. I am also attaching a photo of flakes fell after I combed my hair.
