Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having severe hairbreakage . As you can see in the picture , side hair are almost broken . What could be the reason behind it? I have never undergone any hair treatment or colouring , no straightner or dryer

Hair scalp weakens and hair are falling from roots, even when oil applied on hair still hair fall is on extensive level. So many shampoos and oil tried at my end, boy no results received.

Does stopping the PRP injection cause severe hair loss more than before the treatment like Minoxidil?
