Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello I'm facing issues with acne and hair fall... mostly once the acne has gone I have mark of it aswell I got acne scar on my skin...my skin is oily at T zone... similarly I have also issue with hair fall frequent hair fall I don't have thyroid or any other issue but need assistance with what should I do... especially for face as it's fulll of black mark. Kindly help

I have got a lot of pimples & acne spots on face. I have using all sorts of home remedies ( turmeric etc ) & also some acne treatment creams but I have not got any good results soo far. I'm hoping if you could suggest some treatment or Cream to get rid of these acne spots & pimples
