Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I'm seeing little dark, brownish spots on my nose. It could be melasma. Do I get a permanent or home remedies for this condition? Your answers are appreciable. Your answers would be grateful.

I don't know what are those Black spots I just have those two black spots on my chest part ,does smoking makes it ,I smoke daily please help

It's been around 8 months since my skin started breaking out. Many small bumps arise in my skin every now and then, which later turn into pimples and leave ugly marks that refuse to go away. Of late I am also experiencing dandruff problem, my scalp becomes itchy at times and also scaly. Are pimples and dandruff related? I would like to know what would reduce my pimples and the scars. Please help.

Since last Saturday I had been having pain in my right underarm. This Monday after bathing when I took a quick look at it, I discovered that there is a big lump. I have had a few lumps in the past which were basically not so painful and big as the current one. I cleaned it and applied some talcum powder as I did earlier. But to my surprise, the greater lump is developing more smaller lumps which are turning yellow by the day and the pain is also spreading down the muscle associated with the arm. There is restricted movement of the right arm and I cannot sleep turning towards the right. This is a fright for me as I do not know what to do. The previous lumps that I had had healed by itself and I did not have to care about it much. Please help.

It's been 2 months since my armpit smell has changed from normal armpit odour to a very foul 'salty' like odour. I don't know if it's my odour or something in my nose because from around that same time onions and garlics also don't smell the same to me. They smell very different to me now and I can't stand the smell like it's gone rotten. (I used to like the smell of onions/garlic but now due to changed smell i don't). Water smells different to me, soap smells different to me, food doesn't tastes the same, almost everything smells like it has been perfumed, very artificial. My breath also feels like this onion garlic type even if I haven't eaten any. 2 months ago i caught normal common cold and lost my smell and taste for a few weeks(I did not have covid but yes i didn't get tested also). After recovering from that all this mess started. So two things have happened, one the smell of armpit has changed and second changed smells of onion garlic. SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO MY SISTER ASLO.

Recently I came across an article which says Johnson Baby Powder causes & has caused cancer among many women. I also read that there are chances Talcum powder causes cancer. Is it true? If yes then what is the best substitute of talcum powder? And does makeup face powders also have the same side effects?

Every winter my feet gets dried up and itchy... Applying moisturizers also do not help. Then it turns into dry eczema and spreads. I took medications one year back. Momevit is what the doc prescribed as a topical cream. Applying it soothes and clears the skin but again when skin gets dried it turns into eczema... Is there a permanent solution??
