Dark, uneven, pale skin on face
I went to a dermatologist 3 months ago for uneven, dull and dark skin on face(3-4 shades darker then my original complexion, hands and legs too fair)
She told me to get S FERRITIN test dine n my iron was very low 7.04 something. She gave me globimax tablets for 3 months. Its done now. I've to get it checked again. but my question is can iron deficiency anemia change skin tone on face n make it darker, paler n dull? ( whereas skin tone on hands n legs remain brighter)
Also, how much time would it take for my face tone to get back to original complexion if i follow a good diet?
