Uneven Hair thickness
My hair are unevenly thick and very thick and rough. What is the possible reason and solution for this texture? I dint colour my hair or anything else. My hair texture is like the hair strand is bumpy and very rough. It was earlier thick and healthy but now the thickness is so uneven that I could feel the up and down bumps when I move my finger over the hair. So overall I know it's unhealthy but the reason and solution I am unaware of. It is happening from last few years now. Please suggest some natural treatment.

Sure; it must be distrubence in hair shaft of your hairs. If you have not done any hair cosmetic procedure then my suggestion to you apply conditioner all the time you wash your hair.  As you said,  you always feel bumps in your hair,  get a trichoscopy done with a dermatologist. This will helps you.
