I have used medical shampoo and many other oil or shampoo but none of these is working on my dandruff because of this I am losing hairs . Is there any solution of dandruff which remove dandruff permanently.? Please advice .

Wife facing issues since 2-3weeks now with red spots all over body...attached pic for ref.Had few medics and injections to recover but no use..!! This issue occurred mainly after having some food item in the marriage 3weeks back and still it doesnt fade off. I have combination type acne prone skin. And dark mouth area.I have used some skincare products, like (AHA-BHA face wash, AC2-formula gel at night and kojic acid cream in morning) which made my facial skin completely dry and dark with in 4-5 days. I immediately stopped using everything and started applying aloe Vera daily from one week now it is not feeling dry. But still my face looks dark when compared to my neck. Will I get my skin tone back to normal.please help.
