Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm getting acne on regular intervals just on my forehead. I don't know the reason. I don't use any creams or product. What to do?

I have fair skin. I don't use any beauty products(except moisturizer). But from last one year i am noticing black heads. It's not increasing but consistent. What is the best way to remove black heads? it is more noticable on fair skin.

Hi Doctor,since 1yr,few visibly small skin colored bumps are forming on my nose and increasing in count frequently with time.I consulted a dermatologist but I didn't see any result even after using prescribed benzoyl peroxide ointments for many months. My nose is oily most of the time so, I am using AHA/BHA face wash, OTC ADAPALENE GEL in order to prevent oil formation which further helps to not get blackheads or whiteheads, but no change and the skin bumps keep on spreading which in turn changing the appearance and texture of my nose.Could you please suggest me what are these bumps and can they be cured with medication or treatment. Please let me know the detailed description for this skin problem and any creams for preventing the skin bumps from forming again.
