I have hay fever and atopic dermatitis, regularly at night after my dinner i am taking one tab Montek lc , till how long i can take it, because winters doesn't suit me.

I have been on 20 mg isotretinoin since August, which finally cleared up my acne for the 1st time since I was 12. I still have multiple scars on my face but I was ok with that. 3 days back I travelled to mumbai and now my face is full of non-itchy monomorphic papules. What should I do? Are these acne again? Do I increase the dose of isotretinoin?

Hi, I think there is cyst getting developed in my groin area. This may be due to me using a razor to shave the pubic hair. It has come up in last 4-5 days and it has been 6-7 days I last shaved. The pain due to it is increasing day by day and I think the size had increased upto 1.5cm. On the outside, only swollen skin appears no opening like normal acne. Please help me out, I'm very worried about this. I don't know either to consult a gynaecologist or a dermatologist for this. Please suggest.
