I have suffered by fungal infections and always wash the infection area by hot water...it is good or bad please suggest and also take medicine...

I have been facing some digestion issues in the month of July so my gastroenterologist had started Velgut capsule (prebiotic+probiotic). I was feeling good so I asked him if could continue it. So he said there is no side effect and I can continue it forever and I did. But in past 2-3 months I have developed infections on various body parts- below my ears, on my ears, inside ears as well, in the groin region, both forearms, some patches here and there on belly. Earlier I thought it's dry skin but yesterday I consulted a dermat and he said it's all fungal infection. So my main concern is, if this medicine VELGUT (being a probiotic+prebiotic) is causing all these fungal infections? Should I continue or stop taking it?

I have these lines on my neck how can I reduce and get rid of it. I dont have thyroid or any medical issues.

Can glycolic acid layered with vitamin c serum...I already use a vitamin c serum in day...can I layer it with a moisturizer having glycolic acid in it ?

I have a lump in right armpit since 20-25 days. There was pus discharge around 15 days back. But after the dicharge stopped, the lump size is the same. It has not reduced in size. The lump was painful during pus dicharge. But now it is very mildly painful, but the size has not reduced at all. It becomes more palpable on lifting the arm up. It is not mobile. On side view of the lump,  it looks protruded. The size is around 1-1.25cm.I tried antibiotic ointment, but its not effective. What further steps can be taken?

I was diagnosed with allergic dermatitis. I completed my 1 week course of HHLEVO 5MG tablet and Niosol F cream but the spots have not completely faded so should I continue using Niosol F cream till it's gone away completely?
