I have lumps on my scrotum all the way till the start of my anus and a few boils on my buttocks. These are very painful and makes it very uncomfortable to walk around as my clothes touch the area. The lumps on my scrotum developed when I used a hair trimmer. I did go to a urologist but he said it's skin issue and he suggested to use candid B cream. I did use it and there has been no change. Used it for 2 days now. Please give me some medical suggestions as to what I can take since I am unable to afford doctor's fee. I am freaking out.
