I have a scaly rough non itchy patch on skin. I don't have any allergies as such. Currently i m on anti depressants. I dont think that has any connection with this. What this could be?? Please suggest. Image attached

Sir,
My left eye is swollen with blackening at the corner of eyelid. It looks like someone hit me in the Left eye. Also, there is pain in the eye.
