Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having very dark underarms skin .please suggest me what can be to improve it and lighten it in a significant amount.

I use a face wash in the morning and apply moisturizer..I use a toner on face after bath at night and a vitamin c serum over it and then a moisturizer..Is this the correct way of using it? Is there any effective time to use it? Can you give me suggestions on skincare?

Initially I observed red patches on my thighs then around back and then all over the body. They are itchy and big in size

Post pregency, I developed dry pimple kind of thing on my both arms and it is gradually spreading towards my elbow. It's been 16 months and it's increasing rather than decreasing. It creates spots on the arms too. See the attached photo for reference

14 days before I got skin rashes like hives and I took a covid test.. I tested positive, consulted doctor and started medications .now it's more than 14 days and skin rashes dint reduce everyday I am taking montelukast tablet.. it reduces and again next day it comes back . Plz assit what might be the reason or medication for this . How many days shld I continue taking this tablets..
