Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

As per doctor prescription (Alopecia Areata) using the medicine Flutivate skin cream and Aloatm 5% solution from around 1 month. Recently the redness dots are observed on patches.

I have attached a picture in tat i have white patch on lips it's very small less than 5mm I had this from past two years sometimes it's more visible sometimes it's dull wat it is

I would like to know what is the root cause for this skin issue and how do I overcome this allergies. Attached one pic

She has multiple patches on her hand over last few months, has been given KETOCONAZOLE LOTION(KZ) and CANESTEN-S by doctor,but still it has not cured

My daughter is 4.11 yrs old,she was playing with the cycle and a brake wire had come off, and it has hurt on her hand, with marks, it's been 7 months and marks have turned black, initial days I thought it would fade off and just applied her baby cream but now I am worried as no good results. Also there are black marks ,on her neck and left side of face as she played with clothes hanger, it was red scratch mark, then turned to black. It's almost 5 months..
