Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Sir , this nail infection (~20 days ago) has been treated with systemic antibiotics ( clav 625 ) and this is the condition . Now , what is the next step , please guide .

I believe I am having scalp psoriasis which is different from normal dandruff as I am having big dandruff bumps on my scalp at different places. I am having flaky scalp due to which flakes fall when I sleep or comb. I had tried all home remedies but none work...nuetrogena coal tar shampoo helped to an extent to remove my outer area psoriasis but when I stopped using it the problem came back. Please suggest some permanent solution for it!

Hii doc!!! I once used Veet hair removal cream for my underarms. From then, I witnessed gradual decoloration of the skin there. I tried several home made remedies but couldn't find any change. They still remain dark with some fowl smell too. FYI, I haven't underwent any medications yet for the same. I really need a better advice to their treatment.

I had very good long and voluminous hair but since class 9 it got thin rapidly i have very less hair is it because of diabetes and is there any medication from which ot can grow back

Hello Doctor. Please advise if Ashwagandha and Shilajit can be consumed by a person suffering from Psoriasis. Does these supplements aggrevate them? Are they safe to use?
