I am having Pityriasis Alba on my face. I hve few queries. Will it turn into vertigo.What should I apply on it. Is it very serious? Please help.

Hi, I am 25 years old man. I am facing pimples in face since puberty. Last year I had taken isotretinoin capsules and clindamycin gel on doctor's advice. It worked for around six months but it showed a lot of side effects like digestion problem, dry skin and dandruff in hairs and beard. After six months again the same condition. Similar pimples appear at neck and upper back too.  Is there any permanent treatment for pimples and scars without side effects ?

My lips have darkened in purple patches in three areas. They are also raised and and hardened now. Earlier It irritated alot resulting in scratching, now it's stable but I also see a couple of pimples on my lips and a yellowish dot in an area. The skin on the lips also sometimes withers. It has been a week since it started just with the blackening of a part of the lips.

I use salicylic acid toner 1.5% followed by Excela moisturiser and spf during the day and at night I use a basic vitamin C night cream. I don't have active acne but a few blemishes from old ones. Now my skin has got sun burns and is red around my nose. Little bumps are also visible on the skin. What can be done to reduce the bumps and the redness? The skin looks dry and is peeling out.
