Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have hair thinning and high dandruff due to which it itches a lot and every night I put oil on head and in morning I wash it out ...and shampoo with patanjali shampoo once or twice a week ...pls suggest me something with not much side-effects pls pls pls

I don't understand why fungal infection reoccur even after taking full medication. Used Candid B cream, Candid lotion, Antifungal pills , Homeopathic medicine, Antifungal soap, Ayurvedic neem oil. But problem still come back within a week or 2. Got infection due to kept wearing rain wet cloth in office 3-4 time. Is there not a permanent cure for this groin infection.
