Can i use aloe vera gel nd leave it overnight
Nd what is cause of milia ..can dandruff can cause milia ...
Or can i use green tea cream over it

Redness and strain at both nose openings
Since last 2 days there is strain/inflammation/little redness at nose openings.
It's not paining generally but when touched little pain is there.
Probably seborrheic dermatitis like thing.
Shall I consult dermatologist or ENT??
How shall we treat this.
