Acne comedones and blackhead on my face and i was using isotretinoin tablet and clindamycin gel now iam only using clindamycin but there is no severe effect on my acne problems is isotretinoin should be continued and for how long should it be used if its a wrong combination please suggest me for this

I have got hives on my entire body after taking first dose of covid vaccine(covaxine) on 5th july. I am taking antihistamine tablet teczine 5mg but hives haven't gone..i got relief from itchiness but after sometime it appears again ..What should i do..i am taking antihistamine tablets since 10 yrs..

My skin is getting harder at my finger tips. It pains when i touch , what might be the reason for this? I am feeling this from past four days had no other symptoms before this and it was normal.i am not diabetic as well.what to do how do I cure? Images attached are of two different fingers and i have pain when i.touch in that particular small area rest areas surrounding it is normal have no pain nor skin hardness. Hi, Since few months back i have started getting dark marks on my skin and slowly it is spreading can someone help me what is it and is it something serious or its normal or can someone help me with what is the name of this infection. I have attached pictures.
